LG has released a mobile data backup software product that puts consumers' minds at ease with a outdoor ad series titled 'Don't lose your contacts'.

The one-month long campaign by Grey Group Malaysia draws attention to the data backing service in LG handsets. The creative executions show what can happen to memories over a period of time. Faces of friends and loved ones could fade.

Losing a handset is less important. Losing all the contact numbers and details is a greater concern for all mobile users.

The team at Grey Group highlighted that mobile brands often emphasise the technology and communication, but seldom look into what they are selling – handsets.
