Leung rejoins Starcom

GUANGZHOU - Former Starcom Hong Kong MD Mabel Leung (pictured), who departed the agency in January this year, has rejoined to take charge of the critical Procter & Gamble business across Greater China.

According to Starcom North Asia CEO Paul Maher, Leung will work closely with current account head Amy Ballis, who is leaving Starcom at the end of the year. Leung takes on an MD role and will, said Maher, be primarily based in Guangzhou.

Leung
spent six years as MD of Starcom Hong Kong, and 13 years with the agency in total.
