Lee quits Asian Food Channel

SINGAPORE - The Asian Food Channel's VP of sales and marketing, Debbie Lee, has quit after a year in the role, for personal reasons.

No replacement has been made yet, according to a spokesperson for the pay-TV food channel, and Lee’s future plans were unspecified.

"AFC is currently undergoing an internal re-structure inline with the growth and development of the channel. New appointments will be announced in due course,” said Maria Brown, managing director, Acquisitions and Programming, Asian Food Channel.

Lee joined the company at the beginning of 2006. During her time, AFC expanded its broadcast to Indonesia, with plans to continue spreading throughout Southeast Asia.

Currently the channel also airs in Hong Kong and Singapore.
