As Media went to press, media organisations were attempting an 11th hour effort to once again highlight the dangers of the Hong Kong Government's national security bill. The farcial five minutes granted to organisations to present their concerns early this month to the most significant piece of legislation to date had underlined the need to push the Article 23 debate back onto the public stage, dominated lately by the Sars scare.
