On paper, of course, it’s simple. There are four business divisions and just five job titles - leader, partner, director, manager and executive. Trying to explain who reports to whom across an organisation with regional, sub-regional, national and functional management tiers is slightly more difficult. Pretty much everyone with any responsibility has exactly the same job title (leader), apart, strangely, from the most senior digital person, who is a partner. Next time you meet a Mindshare employee, ask them what their role is. Just be prepared for a long answer.
