Le Meridien moves to enhance brand appeal

HONG KONG - Le Meridien hotel chain has embarked on a global redesign in a bid to enhance the customer experience.

Under the ‘Unlock Art’ initiative, Le Meridien will transform functional and transactional elements of the hotel to deepen the connection with consumers, including visual and audio effects upon entry into the hotel, a patented scent in public areas and an artist designed key card, among others.

The card will also give gusts access to the hotel’s affiliated chain of art organisations.
