Kunal Jamuar joins MPG as head of West India

MUMBAI - MPG India has named Kunal Jamuar as the head of West India and executive director for its Mumbai office.

Jamuar will be responsible for driving the growth of MPG Mumbai, the hub for the agency's integrated services offerings including digital and sports and entertainment. As such, he will work with different units including Media Contacts and Havas Sports & Entertainment to devise integrated solutions for existing and new clients.

He brings over 15 years of experience in media planning, buying, strategy and account management, starting with ORG-MARG back in 1996. Most recently, he was the general manager of Madison Media, working with local and international clients in different sectors from FMCG and telecom to automobiles. He spent three years handling the Godrej portfolio on IPL, as well as managing the re-launch activity of key brands such as Cinthol, GoodKnight and Godrej Expert.

Prior to this, he also held a role at Lintas Media Group where he oversaw the media activities of brands including UTI MF, Idea Cellular, ITC and Bajaj Auto.
