Kiosoglous fills in for Rubel in Beacon line-up

<p>TOKYO: Beacon, the Bcom3-Dentsu joint-venture in Tokyo, has formed </p><p>a new executive team with the transfer of chief executive officer Phil </p><p>Rubel to Leo Burnett in Chicago (media, June 6). </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Under the management change which takes effect from the end of this </p><p>month, Michael Kiosoglous will become representative director of Beacon, </p><p>a post he will hold in addition to his current role as chief financial </p><p>officer. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Alex Lopez, chief creative officer, and Michelle Kristula-Green, </p><p>executive director and head of account management, have been promoted to </p><p>joint managing directors. Nobuo Momose continues as chairman and </p><p>representative director. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Set up six months ago, Beacon is aiming to establish a strong presence </p><p>in Japan on the strength of Burnett's and D'Arcy's records. "Beacon's </p><p>new leadership will be committed to providing its clients with a truly </p><p>unique multinational agency dedicated to generating ideas that grow </p><p>clients' brands," it said. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
