Kiatnakin Bank, formerly Kiatnakin Finance Public Company Limited, transformed from a finance and securities business into a commercial bank in 2005. This is the first time that the bank has hired an agency to handle its communications.
Pornthip Chaisiriroj, corporate and talent management director of Far East DDB, confirmed the news and said that the agency has been briefed to build brand awareness for the three-year-old bank.
"It’s a very interesting and challenging account, since Kietnakin Bank has never launched an advertising campaign before."
Headquartered in Bangkok, Kiatnakin Bank has 32 branches across Thailand.
