Upstream Asia has named Shufen Tan director and GM, China, while Alex Wu comes on board as director, China, leading the Beijing operation.

Tan was formerly Ketchum Greater China practice leader for digital and media services, while Wu was previously VP of Dynabond Inspiration PR.
In addition, Golin Harris Singapore executive director Mike Liew has also joined the team as managing director, Singapore and Southeast Asia. This is the first time the role has been filled since Susanna Archibald's departure in 2003.
