Kelly will leave at the end of the month, but has yet to confirm his future plans.
"Graham has done a magnificent job deepening our below the line offering," said CEO Simone Bartley. "We are currently looking for his replacement. In the meantime (regional ECD) Andy Greenaway will be in the chair."
