JWT promotes Lee, Sutcliffe to ECDs

HONG KONG - JWT has promoted Steven Lee to executive creative director of the agency's creative department, with Greg Sutcliffe promoted to ECD in charge of the HSBC account.

Effective from this month, the decision to elevate the duo was sparked by the three-month vacancy in the ECD role, according to JWT chiefs.

“This situation has given us an unprecedented opportunity to see the outstanding performance of both Steven and Greg,” said Desmond So, JWT Hong Kong CEO.

Lee, who has been with JWT for more than three years, has been tasked with overseeing the full creative department. He has won metal at most major awards shows, and recent work on the HSBC Investment campaign scored several gongs at the client’s internal marketing awards. Sutcliffe, who has been at JWT since 2005, focused on HSBC and SmarTone-Vodafone.
