The new project, situated in Hong Kong’s Wong Chuk Hang district, marks one of the first stages of a massive redevelopment of the district.
In addition to Wheelock, a number of Hong Kong property giants – including Cheung Kong, Sun Hung Kai and Henderson Land – are planning to redevelop old industrial buildings in the area.
It is believed that JWT secured the account after a pitch against two other agencies.
