DAY 1Meet and greet delegates upon arrival at the airport. There is a banner welcoming thegroup outside the arrival hall and a traditional drumming group playing ‘hadra’ to welcome the group. A limousine transfer is arranged to deliver the group to the Empire Hotel and Country Club. Upon reaching the hotel the group is welcomed with drinks and a briefing.A welcome theme dinner is held at the Pantai Restaurant. Other options include
eating at the Fisherman’s Village or a Hawaiian night. Overnight is at the hotel.
DAY 2Breakfast at the hotel is followed by a city tour with lunch. Golfers may also opt out of the tours and instead play at one of Brunei’s excellent courses, which we can arrange.
Dinner is held at Li Qong restaurant with a Chinatown theme, with a large variety of hawker food.
DAY 3Early breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to Temburong National Park where thedelegates can interact with wildlife, take a boat trip through the jungle and also do thewalk through the rainforest canopy. Lunch is also included in the trip at a long house on the river. Due to the travel involved this is a full-day experience for the group.Late afternoon return to the hotel for relaxation and then it’s dinner at BunkersCafe at the Country Club.
DAY 4A relaxation day. A shuttle will be on hand for those wishing to shop, or delegates canrelax at the hotel. In the afternoon, the group will depart for Jerudong Polo Fields. Upon arrival, the delegates will be escorted to a polo pavilion by horse guards bearing the flag of the group’s company. High Tea is then served in the pavilion while a polo match is held for the group. The evening farewell dinner is also held at thenearby Polo Country Club. The evening’s theme is the Royal Experience.
DAY 5Breakfast at hotel and await departure for the flight home.
