Tokyo The Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA) will move its showcase travel exhibition and conference to the Tokyo International Exhibition Center, known as the Tokyo Big Sight. After holding the event for 15 years at the New Takanawa Prince Hotel, next year's theme will be "Creating and Declaring 21st Century Tourism" from November 28 to December 1, 2001. JATA general manager Mr Hajime Hosoya said many exhibitors wanted a larger venue. The Tokyo Big Sight is also closer to Tokyo's city centre. Last year's travel mart attracted 15,000 trade and 5,000 public visitors.
