Izzue.com, San Miguel top first dotcom.awards

<p>The two top winners at the inaugural MEDIA dotcom.awards 2000 were </p><p>izzue.com for The Fashion Zite (for best site) and Thompson Connect Hong </p><p>Kong for Take A Fresh Look on Nightlife (for best interactive </p><p>campaign). </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Altogether, 35 awards were given out at the gala awards ceremony, held </p><p>in Hong Kong on September 30. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>While judges praised the quality of the entries, CCG.XM Asia-Pacific MD </p><p>Ken Mandel said the focus of too many was still on the "razzle-dazzle" </p><p>aspects of the technology. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>(See also page 24.) </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
