The company, which maintains an office in Singapore, signed a joint venture deal with Singapore Expo in April.
"We want to build Singapore into a key regional office to bring Asian exhibitors to ITE events in Europe, as well as managing the inbound markets into Singapore, Hong Kong and China," Mr Weber said.
ITE then expects to launch similar office developments in Hong Kong, within four months, and Beijing, within six months, under the banner of ITE Asia.
The former is in response to the successful ITE-organised Sweets Expo at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in June, while the latter is a prelude to a trade show - Britain in China - next June.
"The potential for growth is there. We are looking to clone European events in Asia, to serve our client base which is looking to access the Asian market," Mr Weber added.
ITE is also planning a number of other acquisitions and joint ventures to combine its international sales operation with local expertise.
