ITC rules in Apple's favour; HTC not concerned

GLOBAL - The International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled on Monday that HTC had infringed on one of Apple's patents and starting 19 April 2012 would impose a formal import ban on any HTC Android phones affected by the ruling in the US. Experts say the limited ruling will not impact HTC greatly.
