iProspect launches in Singapore

SINGAPORE - Carat's digital arm Isobar has unveiled its search engine marketing platform iProspect in the city-state.

First launched in Asia-Pacific in April this year (Media, 2 May), Singapore is the latest market to join Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. Other markets - the Philippines, Indonesia, India and New Zealand - will be launched soon.

Fredrick Marckini, founder and CEO of iProspect, said: “The future of marketing is search-centric and community driven. The behaviour of search has moved from offline. Brands need to know what people are searching for and where they are searching.”

According to internet research firm Comscore, the region’s search engine marketing is growing and by 2010, 30 to 40 per cent of digital advertising will go into search.
