CEO at iProspect Asia-Pacific Ruth Stubbs noted that Marshall’s role will focus on expanding the agency’s relationships and expertise in this region. The position with iProspect will see him responsible for consolidating existing business, driving improved performance and efficiency, as well as deepening global relationships.
Most recently with MediaCom, where he developed P&G’s online performance business across APAC for the past two years, he was also previously with ZenithOptimedia and Walker Media in London.
Makinen, meanwhile, was performance marketing director with iProspect in Finland prior to moving to Singapore. Before iProspect, she spent two years as Nordic search marketing editor with Yahoo in Dublin, Ireland.
Stubbs noted that the iProspect business has more than doubled in size year on year, and its business portfolio is increasing in pan-regional and multi-market brands requiring more complex services.
“Consistency of delivery and service is the focus of [Makinen's] role,” Stubbs said.
