Based in Singapore, Han will report directly to IPG's chief strategy officer, Natalie Pidgeon.
In her new role, Han will work closely with both UM and Initiative on strategy, communications planning, creative output, account management and servicing and intellectual property development, the company said in a statement. She will work with IPG Mediabrands’ clients across Asia-Pacific.
Han was previously business director at Starcom Mediavest China and Singapore. Prior to that, she was regional communications director at Procter & Gamble. She has also worked for the Singapore Tourism Board, where she was responsible for brand development and management.
