Interactive veteran to chair Spikes jury

<P>Mark Cridge, chief executive of Glue London, has been named chairman of the interactive jury for next year's Asian Advertising Awards, to be held in Bali in April.</P> <P><br><br><BR>The awards show will, for the first time, include a specialist interactive jury, in recognition of the rapidly growing importance of the discipline in Asia-Pacific.</P> <P><br><br><BR>Cridge founded digital hotshop Glue in 1999, after a stint as senior creative at Modem Media in London. Since its establishment, Glue has gone on to win several awards, including IPA's Best of the Best Digital Agency for 2005. <BR>A 12-year veteran of the interactive industry, Cridge has also been named a 'Face to Watch' by Campaign.</P> <P><br><br><BR>Earlier this month DDB Worldwide chief creative officer and chairman Bob Scarpelli was named chairman of the jury.<BR>The Asian Advertising Awards, better known as the Spikes, will be held in conjunction with Create, a two-day conference in Bali geared for creative practitioners.</P> <P> </P>
