Indonesian court backs Diesel
Italian fashion label Diesel has won ownership of its 'Diesel and Indian Head' trademark in Indonesia, following a 10-year legal battle. The company hailed the victory as a step forward in changing attitudes towards international intellectual property rights in Indonesia after the country's Supreme Court ruled that the Diesel name had previously been registered in bad faith.
