INDIA HEADLINES: Timeshare group turns train into marketing centre
Holiday timeshare company Club Mahindra recently took over an entire coach of the superfast Rajdhani Express train between Mumbai and Delhi, and converted it into a fully-staffed mobile marketing centre. The move tapped into a captive audience of 1,200 passengers. Club Mahindra had planned to make a sales pitch to 50 families, but hit 72 on just one journey and confirmed a dozen bookings.
