Arnab Goswami, formerly senior editor with the Prannoy Roy-promoted NDTV has moved to Times TV. Goswami joins as vice-president news and editor of the media house's forthcoming business news channel. The group is also talking to key international players as strategic partners for the news venture, and is looking at significant investments in state-of-the-art systems and technology.
