India: Headline - Joshi jumps into regional position at McCann

Prasoon Joshi, national creative director and executive vice-president, McCann-Erickson India, has been promoted to regional creative director for South Asia and Southeast Asia. The appointment is with immediate effect. Joshi's promotion to the regional level is seen as having considerable significance to India, as this is perhaps the first time that an Indian creative professional is occupying an office of such stature in a global agency network.
