INDIA: Beotra quits Bharti to join Lowe Delhi as EVP

NEW DELHI: Mohit Beotra, formerly head of the pre-paid business at the cellular phone major Bharti Telecom, is slated to take charge of Lowe India's Delhi office as executive vice-president.
