IMMAP appoints new board of directors

MANILA - The Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of Philippines (IMMAP) has elected seven new directors to its board of 15.

The remaining 8 founding members will serve for one more year while the incoming directors will serve for two years. The association currently has 70 members.

The election of Albette Buddahim from Procter & Gamble Distribution marks the first time that a client has joined the board of directors. Buddahim ran for directorship to emphasise P&G’s desire to be using mobile and digital platforms in its marketing activities.

Representatives of two of the country’s digital agencies, Wolfpac and Proximity, and creative agency Dentsu Indio were also elected to the board. The association also has large representation from online media companies and digital content providers.
