IHG pitches regional creative business

ASIA PACIFIC - DDB, McCann Erickson, Arc Worldwide and the Marketing Store will pitch for the Intercontinental Hotels Group's (IHG) creative business, as the hotel giant attempts to consolidate an account that was previously fragmented across different markets.

According to IHG SVP of sales and marketing Gary Rosen (pictured), agency presentations are currently taking place with a result due next week.

“We are looking for one agency partner which has the resources and networks across the region, which can handle integrated and experiential marketing, to bring innovative and consistent creative execution for our hotels across all our brands and understand the mindsets of customers of our diverse market segments from leisure to business,” said Rosen.

IHG has 218 hotels in the Asia-Pacific region, under the Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands.
