The strategic move matches iClick's proprietary optimisation technology with DMG's client servicing expertise, and claims to offer the market an integrated online marketing solution.

The consolidation has attracted investment from Sumitomo Corporation Equity Asia, which has also granted iClick access to its global business resources, market intelligence and sales networks.

iClick now serves over 50 international corporate clients, including Citibank, Amercian Express, Air New Zealand and Zuji.
