Organisers of the exhibition taking place in association with the International Congress and Convention Association annual congress in Cancun, Mexico, which will be held between November 4 and 7, are predicting a 10% increase in the number of participating exhibitors.
Reed Travel Exhibitions group meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions director Ms Debbie Jackson, said the response they had received so far had been "extremely encouraging".
"Current predictions are based on an extension of space that is likely to be taken by previous exhibitors. New exhibitors will mean the forecast will be exceeded," Ms Jackson said.
In 2000, more than 50 companies and organisations exhibited at the event in Hong Kong.
