IAS adds to awards line-up
<p>The Institute of Advertising in Singapore has teamed up with the </p><p>local 4As to improve the quality of its Singapore Advertising Hall of </p><p>Fame Awards, which will go from six to 10 categories for the November </p><p>event. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The partners are looking at ways to bolster local support and make this </p><p>jointly-organised event more substantial, before attempting to transform </p><p>its other award ventures into regional or international events. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The new categories are pro bono campaign of the year, youth market </p><p>campaign of the year, cable TV campaign of the year and a relationship </p><p>marketing award. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>President of the 4As, Bernard Chan, said the partners plan to put </p><p>together a joint bid for the Asian Advertising Congress, Asia's largest </p><p>trade show for the advertising and marketing communications industries. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
