hub+ Singapore appoints regional operations director

SINGAPORE - hub+ Singapore, an Omnicom company specialising in localising global production and implementation, has named David Sullivan (pictured) to the newly created role of regional operations director.

With more than 12 years of agency experience across a global client base, Sullivan moved to Singapore in March 2008 to work at WPP’s start-up Enfatico, where he was responsible for standardising end-to-end process, automating workflow and centralising the Asia production operations.

He has worked with clients such as IT giant Dell, Motorola Mobility, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank and Avon Cosmetics.

“Production agencies are in the ascendency, largely due to clients looking for ways to save on their marketing spend,” Sullivan commented. “The hub+ model complements this and will allow us to bring greater control, increased time to market and outstanding value to a host of clients in the region.”

He also previously worked at Tag Worldwide and Ogilvy & Mather in London.
