Horgan added, "The biggest challenge in a role such as this one is one of prioritization and focus. Asia's commercial relations with Europe, the Middle East and Africa is clearly a huge field within which we can only address a limited number of opportunities with the degree of focus necessary to ensure that we consistently achieve the best possible results for our clients."
Horgan will now be based in Brussels.
