HONG KONG - Mindshare has lost its long-term media account for Hongkong Land's Landmark to PHD after a three-way pitch in mid-March.

PHD has been appointed for Landmark's strategic planning and offline planning and buying account, while Carat won the digital and online account.

Landmark is Hongkong Land’s luxurious shopping and dining outlet in four building in the city's Central district. The complex offers 208 shopping and dining options including major brands Dunhill, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chloe, Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Cartier and Bvlgari.

The three agencies received the pitch brief for a campaign exercise in February, attended the pitch presentations in mid March and were informed of the result in late March.

Hongkong Land Group owns and manages some 450,000 square meters of prime commercial space in Hong Kong as well as premium residential properties in a number of cities in the region, principally in China and Singapore.
