Hoffman Agency regional chief departs
Hoffman Agency regional MD Whitney Small is to depart the network to become director of public affairs for Ford Motor Company, Asia-Pacific and Africa, based in Bangkok. <br><br> According to Small, the newly-created role at Ford was "just too tempting", after four years at Hoffman. "It was not an easy decision at all," she said. "But this is a new position and it's really about going to the next level because Ford is doing very well in Asia-Pacific and Africa." <br><br> Small added that the agency is currently searching for her replacement, confirming that the hire would be an external one. The move from Hong Kong to Bangkok marks a return to the Thai city for Small, who previously spent several years at Burson-Marsteller Thailand.
