HKISPA calls for tough action to eliminate spam

HONG KONG: Spam email is costing the Hong Kong economy up to HK$10 billion (about US$1.25 billion) a year and the Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association (HKISPA) called on the Government to crack down on the fraudulent use of the internet.
