The exhibition showcases over 100 pieces of ‘Made in Hong Kong’ commercial art, along with a 30-minute TV montage of various brands from the past five decades.
“The exhibition aims to arouse collective memories of the brands which had been ‘polished’ by the ad industry in the past 50 years, so that the public can witness the sociological and lifestyle changes of Hong Kong over the years,” said Royce Yuen, chairman of the HK4As.
The advertising campaign includes TV, radio, outdoor and print executions. The 4As is also lining up seminars at local universities.
