Hilton, Le Meridien launch Take 2 deal

KUALA LUMPUR Hilton Kuala Lumpur and Le Meridien have joined forces to promote KL Sentral as a total meetings and conventions solution for large-scale events. The two hotels, which are a part of the same building, have named the initiative Take 2.

Take 2 refers to the two different styles and concepts on offer from the properties, while highlighting the integrated meeting solutions that can cater to a large-scale event. Paul Hutton, general manager, Hilton Kuala Lumpur, said: "Take 2 is a comprehensive conference and meeting facility that helps executives stay ahead. "When a client chooses to hold their event with Take 2, they immediately have access to 930 rooms with two different styles. One, with cool and contemporary designs, the other, with European elegance." Take 2 also offers 1,685 sqm of ballroom space with 15 breakout rooms, resolving the hassle of turnover wait time. Hutton added that clients will also have 14 food and beverage outlets to choose from between the two hotels. He added: "The results are events that are seamless. The two hotels were built to share ballroom space. Satisfied clients include Petronas, the Academy of Medicine and the recent Global Leadership Forum. "None of these events could have been accommodated using only one hotel. "With both Hilton Kuala Lumpur and Le Meridien, clients step into a world where two five-star hotels combine to offer a CEI destination like no other."
