Hill & Knowlton promotes Tay to CEO SE Asia

22-year public relations veteran Jimmy Tay has been promoted to chief executive officer for Southeast Asia, overseeing the firm's Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam operations. Reporting to president and COO H&K Asia Pacific Vivian Lines, Tay's remit includes indentifying growth opportunities in both developed and emerging markets.
