Heap to take charge of PHD China

SHANGHAI - Mark Heap (pictured) will leave MindShare China to become CEO of PHD China.

Heap, who was most recently national strategic planning director, joined the GroupM agency in China in 2004. It is believed that PHD China MD ST Tso will shift to a new role within the PHD network.
