Health Promotion Board appoints Ogilvy and PHD

SINGAPORE - Singapore's Health Promotion Board has re-appointed Ogilvy & Mather as its creative agency and replaced MindShare with PHD as its media agency for a programme to encourage young Singaporeans to live healthier lifestyles.
