HEADLINES: UT Starcom calls pitch ahead of image rebrand

U T Starcom has called for a full-service pitch in China and is believed to have attracted Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett and McCann-Erickson and their media agency counterparts. It is understood that the US-registered and Taiwanese-funded telecoms systems supplier wants to overhaul and strengthen its corporate brand positioning to expand its largely business-to-business operation into the consumer marketplace.
