HEADLINES: Treacy rises as president in TMP reorganisation

<p>As part of its strategic reorganisation, TMP Worldwide has </p><p>appointed Jim Treacy president. He will also continue to serve as chief </p><p>operating officer. The company has also appointed Jeff Taylor, former </p><p>CEO of monster.com, as global director interactive; Peter Dolphin, </p><p>former CEO of advertising and communications, as global director </p><p>advertising and communications; and Andrew Banks, former CEO of </p><p>eResourcing, as global director of a newly formed group, combining </p><p>eResourcing and executive search capabilities. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>- At monster.com, Andrew Skinner has been promoted to head of </p><p>accounting, banking and finance recruitment division. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
