HEADLINES: Thai mobile phone vendor hands media to Zenith
Thailand's UCOM group subsidiary IEC has awarded its 40 million baht (US$925,728) media assignment to Zenith Media. The chain of mobile phone service shops and a sister company of mobile phone operator DTAC, IEC handed Zenith the assignment without organising a pitch. It is understood that IEC, which had kept a low profile, plans to step up advertising as it prepares to double the number of branches in the next few years.IEC retails a range of mobile phone brands, including Nokia, Ericsson and Siemens.
