Headlines: TCL awards notebook brand to Guangdong shop
Chinese CE manufacturer TCL has appointed Guangdong's Newsun Communications to launch a new notebook brand, Life3, after a three-way pitch against McCann-Erickson Guangming and Guo Yun Feng. Media will be handled in-house.
