Kirin-Seagram has appointed TBWA as the creative agency for its
Chivas Regal and Martell business in Japan, dealing a blow to Hakuhodo.
The latter however retains its media assignment. TBWA regional chairman
Keith Smith said: "We convinced the client that they should be using
local adaptations of the global campaign, which is produced by TBWA."
The entire account is worth USdollars 10 million.
