HEADLINES: Tan named ECD for M&C Greater China

<p>Award-winning creative Tan Khiang has been appointed executive </p><p>creative director at M&C Saatchi, responsible for the agency's creative </p><p>output in Hong Kong and Greater China. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Joining from Publicis Singapore, Mr Tan replaces Mr Spencer Wong who has </p><p>left M&C to pursue a career directing commercials. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Except for a three-year spell from 1996 when he became a retailer </p><p>selling furniture and directing TVCs at Water Films and Pagoda Pictures, </p><p>Mr Tan has been in advertising since 1984. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
