The Taiwan Government has overturned an earlier ruling, banning Hong Kong's Phoenix Satellite Television on the grounds that its programming was pro-China and critical of the Taiwan administration. Taiwan's change of heart follows the lifting of a decades-old ban on advertisements for mainland China products, property and services, which is expected to help prop up Taiwan's flagging adspend levels.
