HEADLINES: StarHub to call a pitch to consolidate media work
<p>Telecommunications and internet service provider Star Hub is </p><p>preparing to call a pitch to consolidate its media account with one </p><p>agency, posing a dilemma for Starcom. The review covers media buying and </p><p>planning assignments for StarHub - now handled by Maximize - as well as </p><p>Star Hub's subsidiary Singapore Cable Vision (SCV), which Starcom won in </p><p>September. It is understood that Starcom, which does some media planning </p><p>for rival Singapore Telecommunications, has been asked if it would be </p><p>interested in pitching. The problem for Starcom is that this would </p><p>involve resigning SingTel but there are no guarantees it would win the </p><p>pitch. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
